Welcome. My name is Cheryl Strand and I facilitate open listening spaces.
Uncertainty and change are part of life. Even when the next step is far from clear, the one thing we can immediately decide on is how to be – with ourselves, each other, and what’s happening.
In our personal lives and in our communities learning again how to hold space can transform the way we relate, access ideas, arrive at decisions, and organise ourselves. In our increasingly discordant world choosing to listen with an open heart and mind is a simple response that can help restore our sense of connection to ourselves, each other and Earth, our common home.
“The saddest part about being human is not paying attention. Presence is the gift of life.” Stephen Levine
I work one-on-one and with small groups. For more information please see Workshops and Partnerships.
