Welcome. My name is Cheryl Strand and I facilitate open listening spaces.
Uncertainty and change are part of life. Even when the next step is far from clear, the one thing we can immediately decide on is how to be – with ourselves, with each other, and with what’s happening.
Can we choose to be present, stay in our hearts, and hold space for something new? Can we stop talking so much and start listening, inwardly and outwardly? Can we rediscover the simple joy and wonder of being alive and part of it all?
“The saddest part about being human is not paying attention. Presence is the gift of life.” Stephen Levine
I work one-on-one, and with small groups. For more information please see Gatherings and Partnership.
